Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Every Hustle & Glow tin is made and labeled to order for you. Please allow 5 to 9 business days for your order to be made and shipped (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Standard: 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, so about 8 to 14 business days from order to doorstep.
Express: 2 to 3 business days after your order ships, so about 7 to 12 business days in total. Express speeds up shipping only, not the time it takes to make your order.
Your estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can occasionally add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $8.00 and free on orders of $50 or more, including The Signature Trio. Express shipping is $15.00. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Changes and cancellations

Production starts soon after you order, so we can change or cancel an order only within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible if you need a change.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
